    “If you wish to be well, stop doing [eating] the things that make you ill.”
    How far we have come in just 2,500 years.

    I walked two miles a day on gravel roads, every day, starting in my 50’s. I continued until I fell at the age of 84. Then I began walking indoors 40 minutes a day, which I still do. I am 86 now and have never had a stroke, heart attack, breathing difficulties, or chest pains. I believe daily exercise is also conducive to good mental health and performance. Marvin
