I don’t know who you consider to be experts, but the only pasta on your list, worth putting in one’s mouth is Barilla. There are many other gluten free pastas out there that exceed those listed. By the way, the true experts are the consumers who lay down their hard earned dollars to buy these overpriced products, not people who get to taste them for free. Gluten free diets are not a choice, and unlike medication, are not covered by insurance
