How can an article say RAW FOOD is the best food to feed puppies…or any dog for that matter, yet the top 5 foods you are saying experts recommend are dry………experts?
No wonder the human race is dying, sad we do the same to spices that rely on us to feed them. They don’t have a choice you guys can eat junk food your choice. They don’t have one…….

There is no such thing as healthy kibble. It’s like a human trying to live on the leftover charred food on the grill grates. Dogs thrive on a raw diet, the way nature intended…period. It’s not as easy as kibble but it’s worth it.

I wonder how much you got paid to recommend these brands. All of which in a more recent study found they have forever chemicals at high rates in more than half the brands recommended.

I have researched all of this foods and none of them even come close to The Honest Kitchen. I raised my Goldendoodle on Royal Canin til we ended up at the vet with serious gastrointestinal issues. Did a lot of research and found this human grade food and he LOVES IT!! I have no regrets and don’t worry everytime I am feeding him that I’m not sure what is in it.

This is a good one. You have the worse 3 brands on top. There foods typically cause gastro issues, nutrient deficiency, and other issues. They also are supposedly scientifically tested which is even better since the scientists are hired and heavily paid by the individual companies to come up with this bs. I’d rather feed my dog literal garbage from a trash can then these options. Interesting how many companies are willing to take a check to write this bs and pass it as facts

I literally gasped when I saw Beneful as number one. BENEFUL???!!! This is one of THE WORST brands of food to feed your dog!!! It’s full of by-products, synthetic flavoring, soy, corn and even corn gluten!!! You might as well feed your dog McDonald’s!! Whoever wrote this article is NOT an expert and clearly it was sponsored by one of the big box pet stores.

Please please please look into non-big box brands like Fromm, Farina, Orijen, SquarePet, Taste of the Wild, etc. At first glance they may seem more expensive. In reality, you can feed almost half the amount than the big box foods because they’re packed full of nutrition and not fillers. Some of them even have frequent buyer programs. Added bonus… Your dog will have smaller poops!

This HAS to be a joke, right?!? No one with an iota of knowledge about canine nutrition would feed this crap, with the possible exception of Wellness.

Royal Canin is the biggest hoax ever perpetuated on animal owners. Look at the ingredients; there is virtually NO DIFFERENCE, just a different dog (or cat) on the bag.

The others on your list have had multiple recalls due to contamination issues that, let us not forget, killed many pets.

Fromm and Honest Kitchen never make these “best” lists because they are not big-dollar advertisers. Always follow the money on these pathetically useless lists.

Beneful only got a harsh talking to about poisoning dogs from toxic ingredients several years ago. No laws were put into effect and they were shady when inspectors came into their facilities. Inspectors weren’t even allowed to take photos while there. Because of that it’s advised to stay away from Beneful. The only good thing about this food is it’s cheap.
