Very interesting. My acupuncturist turned me on to the blood type diet. Type A blood people are designed to be vegetarians, so I wonder if this has any correlation. We are not supposed to eat beef or pork, or dairy. Maybe these items are responsible for clogging blood vessels? Something to definitely look into.
I am seventy seven years old . Will be seventy eight next week. In pretty good shape. When I was young I worked as a meat cutter in a grocery store. Sometimes beef would have tumors and other growths . We just cut out the worst part of growth and threw rest in ground beef. That turned me against beef and pork. I very rarely eat any meat what so ever. No dairy either. Oh ! I am A positive blood type . Don’t miss meat in the least.
