Medicine is decades late to the heart disease party. Heart disease is caused by vitamin K2 deficiency. In addition vitamin K2 needs adequate vitamins A, C, D3, E, and thyroxin. Proper nutrition can completely reverse atherosclerosis and calcification. One milligram per day of K2 is available over the counter but rather expensive so I ferment my own from natto starter Bacillus subtilis and cook it into a spicy liver pate for breakfasts.

All the technology today have caused
our children to have less activity. They
are allowed to sit around and play video
games all day and nights. When I was a
child, we had to stay outside all day to play and except for lunch and bathroom use.
We were skinny kids. Staying active always.
