I’m 65, and keeping ‘old age inevitable take over’ by giving it a good fight. A balance of anaerobic activity with weight (body shaping) resistance schedules (X6 days/gym)combine with eating proteins and periodic fasting is helping to ‘reverse aging’. I use mind with creative thinking, build, repair things, read, play computer games, guitar, fish keeping, keeps my mind busy to starve off dementia (Mum has it). Find a reason to get up every morning.
