It is not the sun. The problem with sunburn is YOU. It is what you are eating. Sun burning easily is cause by a drastic imbalance in Omega-3 to Omega-6 fat ratio. Too much Omega-6 from Seed Oils is the cause. It is the soy, Canola, sunflower, peanut, safflower Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acids PUFAs. Go back to eating the healthy fats our ancestors ate like grass fed butter, olive, coconut, palm, lard and tallow and you will be able to tolerate the sun for much longer. The Seeds oils are killing us and they are in everything that has a bar code. They also cause just about every degenerative disease known to mankind. Too much Linoleic acid in our diets is killing us. Go look for the studies. They are there. Big Pharma is stuck on this cholesterol lowering nonsense and not looking at the elephant in the room.
i make my morning tea using 1 green tea bag, 1 black tea bag, and one turmeric and ginger tea bag. covers all bases. tastes good.
