All these “STUDIES” seem to ALWAYS MISS THE POINT. It doesn’t take a 2million dollar NIH grant to know that the SAD “standard American diet” full of processed_______ (whatever) and seed oils and high fructose corn syrup is disease promoting. ANY poor nutritional substitute whole food diet will be better…..not necessarily BEST. This has been the weak “studies” propagated by the vegan agenda for decades now and they leave out a proper human diet as an option. REAL foods like beef, butter, bacon, eggs, salt & water is a great start. Fish is hard to get that is “clean” but better than “processed meats” (hot dog diet?). A true Mediterranean diet is also high on RED MEAT….unless you are a tourist and you eat at the hotel. It’s more to do about insulin resistance. Find what works, change your lifestyle and research.
