Perhaps they couldn’t find a link because people who suffer from achy joints when it’s going to rain don’t run to the doctor for it? I bet if you asked 500 people who claim they suffer from achy joints, due to weather, that none of them would ever admit to making a doctors appointment specifically for that episode. I think they are confused as to the level of pain it creates, it’s not the kind of pain that sends you running/sprinting to a doctor. Now ask these same 500 people if they have ever asked their doctor for help related to those aches and pains and the vast majority will tell you they have at least asked about it at some point in time.
Seriously, nobody runs down “that day” and demands an appointment. It’s something you would bring up at a checkup, not something you run to get a special appointment for.
