Hi, I’ve noticed more muscle tone/density. Comparable to my early 30s. Urolithin a seems to keep the muscle in a constant definition instead of the muscle breaking down from non workout. I also eat a lot of protein and avoid processed stuff/carbs/alcohol. Keep the testosterone up.
