I don’t know about the underlying study but this article is devoid of useful information indicating the effectiveness of different postures, which is the implication of the title of the article. Does staying upright for 30 minutes after you take a pill improve efficacy? If I take one just before I go to bed does it help me get more benefit?
Even if the results are incomplete, answering questions like that are truly the minimum requirements for transparent reporting. And if the study has NO useful information on the basic implication of the title, either retitle it to lower the implied usefulness or address the lack of useful answers to these highly relevant questions in the article’s review of the study.
Didn’t even read the article but are we sure it’s not just a correlation instead of causation? Remember nuclear power generations increases how many people die in swimming pools.
Five minutes I won’t get back.

I agree. The title of this article was misleading and the article was basically worthless.
This article is worthless!
The absence of diagrams or illustrations of numbered postures leaves the reader short of understanding.
