It should come as no surprise that Omega-3s populate experts’ lists for best brain supplements. It seems there are very few areas in which these fatty acids do not help. Though the benefits of omega-3s are well known, they are always worth mentioning because of their importance: improved heart, brain, skin, and joint health; mood regulation; and weight management to name a few.
